Monthly Recurring Taxes, Fees, and Surcharges
(these fees will show up on your monthly Voyager Mobile bill)

• 911/E-911 Surcharge – a local or state-imposed surcharge to fund the 911/E-911 systems in your jurisdiction

• Federal Universal Service Charge – a federal-imposed surcharge on telecommunications services
  Varies per month
• State Universal Service Charge - a state-imposed surcharge on telecommunications services (not applicable in all states)
  Varies per state per month
• Telecommunications Tax - a state-imposed tax on telecommunications services, sometimes named differently than telecommunications tax (not applicable in all states)

• Sales Tax - a state-imposed tax on the sale of tangible property, such as wireless devices, not wireless service (not applicable in all states)

• Regulatory Recovery Fee – a carrier-imposed fee to offset the cost of compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Infrastructure Technology Fee – a carrier-imposed fee to offset the cost of maintaining the technical infrastructure powering Voyager Telecom services

• Paper Billing Fee – a carrier-imposed fee to offset the cost of processing, printing, and mailing paper bills (receiving your monthly bill via email and automated recurring billing remain free of charge)

One-time and Non-recurring Fees
(these fees are charged per occurrence and may show up on your monthly Voyager Mobile bill)

• Activation Fee (for devices purchased from Voyager Mobile) - applies to all newly activated Voyager Mobile handsets, charged per device upon activation
  $15.00 per device if activated on or before May 31, 2013
  $25.00 per device if activated on or after June 1, 2013
• Activation Fee (for devices activated through Bring Your Own Phone program) - applies to all newly activated Voyager Mobile handsets, charged per device upon activation
  $25.00 per device
• Shipping Fee - applies to all purchased devices from Voyager Mobile, charged per device upon order
  Standard: $12.00 per device
  Expedited: $15.00 per device
  Overnight: $35.00 per device
• Returned Items Fee - applies to all returned and dishonored payments by your financial institution, including chargebacks on credit cards and non-sufficient funds on checks and electronic transfer
  $35.00 per incident
• Restocking Fee - applies to all returns of working devices
  Equivalent to 25% of the device purchase price
